The Lead Time for any made-to-order shoe is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, given the extensive hand labor of each product, this time can change without notice. We make our best effort to deliver your unique products in the shortest possible time without compromising the quality. Once the product is done, shipping usually takes 3 to 7 working days to be delivered.

Shoes are made to be worn, and we completely understand that finding the ideal size when purchasing footwear online can be a bit tricky. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide a one-time, complimentary exchange service for size adjustments within our stock, Pre-Order or Made-to-order section; shoes customized through the Build-your-own section do not apply.
In the event that your boots or shoes do not fit as expected, you have the opportunity to exchange them for a different size, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. We kindly request that you ensure the boots or shoes, including any accompanying accessories, are returned in the same impeccable condition as when you received them, along with the original packaging. Your comfort is our priority.
