Our commitment to creating personalized products is reflected in our Made-to-order (MTO) and Pre-Order offerings. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established the following Returns & Exchange Policy.

2. Made-To-Order (MTO) sales are final:

Please be advised that all MTO sales on our Build-Your-Own website section are considered final. As each product is meticulously crafted to your exact preferences, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we do provide the option for store credit in specific circumstances. We are pleased to help you figure out the right sizing for you or any other doubts you may have.

3. Exchanging for the Perfect Fit:

Shoes are made to be worn, and we completely understand that finding the ideal size when purchasing footwear online can be a bit tricky. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide a one-time, complimentary exchange service for size adjustments within our stock or Pre-Order section, Made-to-Order does not apply.

In the event that your boots or shoes do not fit as expected, you have the opportunity to exchange them for a different size, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. We kindly request that you ensure the boots or shoes, including any accompanying accessories, are returned in the same impeccable condition as when you received them, along with the original packaging. Your comfort is our priority.

4. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following circumstances:

a. Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that differs from your original order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will promptly address the situation.

b. Flawed or Damaged Product: In the event that the final product is flawed or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and provide guidance on returning or exchanging the product.

5. Store Credit

If your return or exchange request is approved, we will issue store credit rather than providing refunds. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Minor Imperfections

Given the artisanal nature of our products and the use of natural materials, minor imperfections are celebrated as unique features rather than defects. These characteristics contribute to the charm and individuality of each handcrafted item and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

7. Color Variations

Most of our leathers are painted with our signature hand-painting techniques, which may result in slight color variations between products. Additionally, different screen types may display colors differently. These variations are seen as features and not imperfections, and they do not apply to our return or exchange policy.

8. Sizing

9. Return Conditions

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered. Any signs of wear or damage that occur after delivery will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
