A designer’s curiosity. A shoemaker’s purpose.
I’m Javier Perera, designer, shoemaker, and the guy behind this brand. I didn’t start Perera to build just another footwear label. I started it because I wanted to create something that deserves to exist in a world of mass production, something that felt honest, personal, and with a real purpose.
These shoes begin in our workshop, but they don’t end here. Once they’re on your feet, the story continues with you.

Each pair is built from scratch, no mass production, no shortcuts. Just the best leather we can find, the best hands we can train, and the time it takes to do things right.

Born in Antigua. Built by hand.
Special things take time and they're usually made in small batches. We’re a small workshop in Antigua Guatemala, where every shoe starts with pencil sketches, raw leather, and the quiet hum of craft.
When you wear them, you’re not just wearing shoes, you’re carrying a piece that is infused with the effort and skill of each of the three artisans that work on every pair.
